At the beginning of my career I waited for five years to ask for a career promotion. Today I feel like I was stealing time from myself. My turning point was a conversation with my colleague who laughed and couldn't believe that I was working such long hours for so little money. Apparently, my compensation was supposed to be at least twice more than what I was receiving. My colleague encouraged me to talk to recruiters, build my case and ask my boss for a pay raise, backing it up with facts.

This last piece of advice made me talk to more women and it is how I realised that women rarely negotiate and the world around them tries to take advantage of that. From that day I knew not only that I would start thinking differently about my options, but I also wanted to encourage other women to get what they deserve by negotiating every deal they are involved in!

I've successfully negotiated many sales contracts, a few job offers and even a house purchase as well as many other things on the way. I want to share my skills with you so you can advance your career and be better off in your life.

The workshop is run in small groups of 4 - 6 people which gives plenty of time to discuss questions and tailor parts of the agenda for the group.
