About Liinea's founder

Hello,

My name is Karina Collis and I am the founder of Liinea.

I have spent some time observing the European start-up community and rapidly realised that the main reason for failing to raise money and failing to scale, is the lack of a clear pitch and the absence of an established sales process. Many exceptionally talented founders have a technical background which often doesn't help them with the storytelling and winning the deal.

My mission is to help start-ups develop a set of essential sales tools and skills which will allow them to go after highly prized sales and also after new investors.

After 15+ years spent as an executive in B2B enterprise software sales, I now have the privilege of working with start-up teams in the tech space, helping them develop the best sales pitch (and the best investor pitch), their business development and marketing strategy and their sales process.

I'm thrilled to see companies grow once they are armed with the right tools to drive revenues.


I believe that sales are the result of knowledge and discipline combined. I bring strategic thinking but also insights from psychology and social science into the mix to help you drive your business forward.
